Our History, Our Philosophy
Founded in 1999, Buckingham Associates, LLC provides the experience and skill sets of its Founder, Bernie Wolford, plus a vast network of Subject Matter Experts available to the firm.
All engagements are preceded by a no-obligation diagnostic survey during which our advisors invest the time to learn the specifics of your company and the desired objectives for our involvement. We do not arrive with prepackaged solutions--(we are not hammers looking for nails to hit). Rather, we customize each engagement according to the needs of your company. The meter never begins running until you have a formal proposal with Objectives, Scope, Benchmarks and Fee Estimates.
Our Advisors
We take pride in assembling teams of highly qualified, experienced advisors. One client called us the "All Star Team"---that tells us we hit the mark!
We do not maintain a stable of consultants whom we must keep utilitzed, placing them on projects regardless of the poor fit. Rather, we staff our projects with senior, experienced advisors who have likely preformed similar projects in the past. Likewise, we do not utilize recent graduates, or junior staff for you to train while paying their consulting fees.
We have no "Salesmen". The advisor who submits the proposal stays on to manage the engagement. We don't like the bait and switch approach, believing you wish to work with the advisor with whom you agreed to initiate the project.
